ABOUT THE GATHERING

Abrazo de Invierno Slovenia is a winter gathering born from a simple wish: to share tango in its most genuine and heartfelt form.

Set in the spa town of Laško, within Thermana Park Laško, it brings together dancing, relaxation, and connection — all in one place. Between milongas or in the quiet mornings, you can unwind in warm thermal pools, breathe deeply, and let everything slow down.

This is a space where the embrace comes first, where music is felt rather than performed, and where every tanda becomes a quiet conversation between two people.

We gather not only to dance, but to slow down, to connect, and to be fully present — surrounded by warmth, softness, and shared moments that matter.

A gentle winter weekend of calm energy, deep connection, and small unforgettable instants that stay with you long after the music fades.

Organized with love by Larisa & Uroš, Abrazo de Invierno brings kind souls and experienced dancers together for an intimate tango weekend in the heart of Slovenia.

Balanced leader and follower roles.

Priority is given to:

• Experienced dancers

Single followers are placed on a waiting list unless registering with a leader.

With over 16 years of DJing across Europe, she is known for her sensitivity to the dancers and her ability to create a natural, uplifting flow.
Her style is lively, heartfelt, and spontaneous, rooted in the richness of Golden Age tango and her diverse cultural background.
She gently guides the final moments of the milonga with care and emotion, leaving dancers with a lasting sense of warmth and connection.

TOMAŽ (SLOVENIA)

Tomaž is a long-time tango dancer and DJ whose vibrant energy and joyful presence bring life and warmth to every milonga.
Deeply connected to the dancers and the flow of the floor, he creates an atmosphere that feels natural, engaging, and full of heart.
Inspired by the beauty of Golden Age tango, his sets blend rhythmic intensity with smooth, emotional melodies that invite connection and joy.
With a genuine love for the music and the dance, he crafts a flowing experience where dancers can stay inspired and present until the very last tanda.
Active across Italy and international festivals, he is known for his thoughtful selections and strong connection with the dancers on the floor.

With a curious and dedicated spirit, he carefully observes the energy of the room, shaping each tanda to create a smooth and engaging flow.

NED (CROATIA)

Ned Sabi is a highly experienced tango DJ with over 25 years of dedication, creating evenings where music, energy, and flow connect seamlessly from the first tanda to the last.
Calm and confident behind the DJ table, he uses his refined musical sense and rich collection to build a warm, inspiring atmosphere for dancers.
His style is romantic, rhythmical, and playful, with thoughtful use of cortinas that allow space to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
With a strong feeling for the right music at the right moment, he creates a night where dancers can relax, connect, and fully enjoy the flow.

UROŠ (SLOVENIA)

Uroš is a passionate tango DJ and dancer whose vibrant energy and deep musical connection bring life and emotion to every milonga.
Attentive to the atmosphere and sensitive to the dancers, he shapes each set to reflect the mood of the room with care and presence.
Rooted in the Golden Age, his style blends rhythmic strength with melodic beauty, creating a flowing and emotionally rich experience.
With each tanda and cortina, he builds a dynamic journey where dancers can feel, connect, and enjoy every moment until the last note.

MILOŠ (SERBIA)

Miloš brings more than a decade of tango experience. He is not only a wonderful teacher and an unforgettable dancer, but also a warm and kind person, and our dear friend.
During the event, you can spend your free time enjoying a walk, a coffee, or relaxing at the spa — or choose to deepen your dance in small group workshops (on Saturday and Sunday morning) with an exceptional teacher.
Private lessons with him will also be available.
